This ring features an antique rose cut prasiolite, bezel set in a solid sterling silver ring. Prasiolite is a pale green colored quartz, it is often referred to as green amethyst. Its light green color is my favorite, it reminds me of sage. The rose cut faceting is an old world way of cutting and polishing a stone, it features a flat base (no pavilion) and a crown made up of triangular facets. The facets catch the light beautifully to add lots of sparkle!
The stone measures 8mm and the band is 1.3mm round. Dainty enough to be worn stacked with other rings but pretty enough to be worn alone! Simple, clean, minimalist and dainty!
