The rose cut faceting is an old world way of cutting and polishing a stone, it features a flat base (no pavilion) and a crown made up of triangular facets. The facets catch the light beautifully to add lots of sparkle!
The stone measures 7x10mm and the band is 1.6mm round. The top part measures about 19mm from the very top silver beaded detailing down the the bottom and about 15mm wide.
