I made this awesome septum ring entirely from sterling silver and used electricity to plate it yellow gold. It has three layers with a small gap and beaded details on the last layer. Twist open and closed to keep the circle shape, the ends are smooth for easy insertion. Can be worn in a variety of piercings.

This nose ring is finished with a shiny high polish.
